Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching transformative technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
