Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology innovation strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation portfolio performance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with proven impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
