Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 5-year strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology adoption frameworks for enterprise-scale implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive disruption signals
- Develop KPIs for measuring future technology ROI and market impact
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience implementing disruptive technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
