Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends (quantum AI, biotech integration, autonomous systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Analyze global tech disruption vectors and recommend strategic pivots for enterprise clients
- Chair the annual 'FutureTech Summit' convening industry pioneers and academic researchers
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets through data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in rapid prototyping and market validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Institute)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR) and public-private partnerships
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R/Java) and ML frameworks
