- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) into core product architecture
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate industry disruptions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on revenue and market share
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting tech products post-2020
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
