Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market expansion plans
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and algorithmic governance protocols
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry stakeholders at global tech forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or spatial computing Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and data-driven decision frameworks
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
