Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate next-generation product ecosystems
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and ethical implications of emerging tech deployments
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate visionary concepts
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management a plus
