- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven innovation proposals
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs and academic institutions

- Present quarterly tech forecasts to board and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise solutions to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture
