Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) and assess viability
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI analysis
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
