- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and societal impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-tech adoption patterns
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning) and trend analysis
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
- Experience with ethical AI governance and sustainable tech policies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Security clearance for government collaboration projects preferred
