Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing and generative AI applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, bio-integrated tech) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic technology proposals to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ R&D portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization frameworks
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership on future tech ethics and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and disruption vectors
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Foresight Institute) preferred
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
