Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and tech scouting
- Ensure ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense) a plus
