Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling 2026-vision technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research centers
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative tech and circular economy solutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
- Monitor emerging tech trends (Web4, brain-computer interfaces, etc.) and translate opportunities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and tech incubation
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
