As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech. You'll shape our product roadmap while ensuring alignment with global sustainability goals and market disruption potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, neural interfaces)
- Architect scalable solutions addressing future challenges in climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Partner with VPs to translate technical vision into executive-level strategic priorities
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in commercializing bleeding-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
