Key Responsibilities

- Lead Architecture Design: Define the technical vision for the 2026 Core Systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of complex systems to handle millions of concurrent transactions with sub-millisecond latency.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Neuromorphic engineering) and integrate them into our long-term roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and R&D teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant data protection standards.
Qualifications
We require a proven track record of excellence and a passion for pushing boundaries.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and distributed systems.
- Specialization: Demonstrated experience with 2026 protocol implementations and next-gen AI infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
