- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with emphasis on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess their commercial viability and competitive impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation initiatives and ROI on future technology investments
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and venture capital firms
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on technology futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
