Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026+ technology strategies with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional execution of strategic pilots and proofs-of-concept
- Present technology roadmaps to executive boards and investors
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across global operations
- Develop talent frameworks for future-ready tech teams
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
