Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruptions

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Advose executive leadership on technology investments and strategic pivots
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical innovation and sustainable tech deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic insights to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
