Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies across quantum, AI, and bio-computing
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current platforms
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Mentor R&D teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in 2+ emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Strong data visualization and strategic communication skills
