Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emergent technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with ESG and regulatory compliance
- Author white papers on metaverse interoperability standards and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE 2026 symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at FAANG or equivalent unicorns
- Deep expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural-symbolic AI
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) from WFS or equivalent body
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing DARPA/BAR grants for experimental technology projects
