- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain external relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs to measure technology readiness and market adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Excellent presentation skills with executive communication experience
