Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic technology roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for C-suite stakeholders and industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using advanced simulation and digital twin technologies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline maturity and market disruption potential
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and build strategic partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting 2026: climate resilience, neurotech, and decentralized economies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V) and data visualization platforms
