Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystem
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
