- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for strategic acquisitions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and emerging tech founders
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
