Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in implementing quantum computing or AI infrastructure
- Deep expertise in blockchain, IoT, and sustainable tech convergence
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures analysis methodologies
