- Conduct competitive analysis and technology assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor technical teams on emerging tech adoption and implementation strategies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products for enterprise markets
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management and budget oversight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
