Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech implementation
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption cycles (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Track record of executing multi-year tech transformation programs
- Strong network within venture capital and academic research communities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
