Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into enterprise architecture
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in next-gen tech domains
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futures research
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CSM)
