Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AR/VR, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, STEEPLE analysis)
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology journal
- Experience securing federal grants for experimental technology projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder management
