Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams

- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property protection strategies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures research, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Experience scaling global innovation programs (>$50M budget)
