Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on 2030+ tech trends
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants
