Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for QuantumLeap's core product portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative innovation
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and engineers on future technology trends
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization projects
