- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI for futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution scenarios
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with focus on high-impact R&D investments
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging startups for acquisition/partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment (500+ employees)
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech deployment
