- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and business strategy
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for future market landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify disruptive startups for potential acquisition
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
