Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech-AI convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate future concepts into viable commercial offerings
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on next-gen innovations
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future technology incubation projects
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development of experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Track record of launching products based on future-trend analysis (2018-2025 portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-level and board audiences
