Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, IoT, blockchain, and biotechnology domains
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots and strategic partnerships
- Anticipate ethical and regulatory implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams and managing R&D budgets
- Strong data analytics capabilities with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
