- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory developments affecting future tech
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services at scale
- Expertise in at least three future-tech verticals: AI, IoT, or blockchain
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces)
