Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in next-gen domains (quantum, biotech, advanced AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech portfolio
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
