- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Design frameworks for ethical technology deployment and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
