Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, aligning with company vision and market demands
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology concepts
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Define KPIs and success metrics for long-term technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams and complex projects
