Qualifications

- Proven track record in quantum/AI implementation or policy development
- Expertise in scenario planning for 2026+ technological shifts
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in emerging technologies or futures studies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
