- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for scalable implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to position InnovateForward as an industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling abilities
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
