Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) and commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotechnology, or AR/VR
- Strategic planning certification or MBA from top-tier institution
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in future technology (patents, journals, keynotes)
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field preferred
