Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-secure communications infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven sustainability solutions
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory impacts on emerging tech deployment
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and investor boards
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technical skills
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing applications
- Published research in future technology ethics or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (minimum 3 successful launches)
- Certified in Technology Futures Forecasting or equivalent
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
