- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market readiness
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Drive organizational change management for technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
