- Manage a $5M+ R&D portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis

- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in technology/strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
