- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and climate-positive tech
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Secure $20M+ in innovation funding through compelling tech investment propositions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Deliver quarterly tech disruption briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products with >$100M ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations in computational sciences
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
