As a key member of our Future Dynamics Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing teams, AI ethics councils, and biotech pioneers to identify emerging paradigms. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge theoretical research with commercial applications, ensuring our organization maintains first-mover advantage in rapidly converging tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with societal evolution projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive innovations
- Prototype experimental solutions using AR/VR and neural interface technologies
- Author whitepapers on ethical implications of advanced automation and AGI
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and national innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and trend analysis methodologies
- Present quarterly foresight briefings to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on singularity technologies or quantum human-computer interaction
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Strong public speaking skills at global technology conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-forward solutions
