Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
