- Identify and secure strategic partnerships for tech adoption
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling for tech investments
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Security clearance preferred for defense-related projects
